Delete your StudyKoro account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open StudyKoro and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the Home screen, then সেটিংস (Settings).
3. Tap অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলুন (Delete account permanently) and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email studykoro26@gmail.com from the Google email address you signed in with (guest users: include your referral code or any details you can see in the app), with the subject "Delete my StudyKoro account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in account (name, email, photo).
• All learning data: answers, practice and mock-test results, Daily Quiz history, streaks, progress, bookmarks, wrong-answer lists and reports.
• Your course enrollments (access to purchased courses ends) and your referral profile and code.
• Your AskHub questions, answers and photos (including the answers other students posted under your questions), and your course leaderboard entries.
• Study-material PDFs saved on your phone.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (order ID, product, amount, date, status) — kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• If someone referred you, their referral record stays for their reward count, with your name replaced by "Deleted user".
