1. About StudyKoro

StudyKoro (the website studykoro.com and the StudyKoro Android app) provides online study material, practice questions, mock tests and previous year question papers to help students prepare for competitive and government-job examinations in West Bengal. By creating an account or using StudyKoro you agree to these terms.

StudyKoro is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) or any government body. Always confirm exam dates and rules on the official website.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. The same account works on the website and the app, and your purchases and progress are shared between them.
• Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account is for one student. Sharing an account or reselling access is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended without refund.

3. Courses and payment

• Each course has some free chapters. The full course is unlocked by a one-time enrollment fee, shown on the course page before you pay (inclusive of applicable taxes).
• On the website, payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI including Google Pay and PhonePe, cards, netbanking, wallets). In the Android app, payments are processed by Google Play. StudyKoro never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
• Access is granted to the account that paid, on both website and app, immediately after the payment is confirmed. Unless a course page says otherwise, enrollment does not expire while the course is offered.
• Prices may change in future; a change never affects a course you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy: a full refund is available on request within 7 days of purchase. Course access ends when a refund is made.

5. Acceptable use

• Study material, questions and PDFs are for your personal, non-commercial study only. Do not copy, record, redistribute, sell or publish them.
• Do not attempt to bypass payments, access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Referral rewards are for genuine referrals; self-referrals and abuse are not counted and may be reversed.

6. Content and availability

We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but questions, answers and exam information may contain errors and are provided "as is". StudyKoro does not guarantee any exam result. We may update, add or remove content and features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StudyKoro's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

8. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time (how to delete). We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and contact
